- Accommodation in twin rooms in a beautifully restored Catalan farmhouse, with ensuite or shared bathrooms

- Meditation & Hatha Yoga daily (something for all experiences and abilities), Yin Yoga, Deep Relaxation & Pilates on some days

- Guided donkey walks and guided forest walks
- Trip out to the local arty town of Ceret
