Covid and cancellation policies

Effective date: 25 November 2020
COVID Secure Policy

Wellbeing in this time of uncertainty is more important than ever, whether this is finding solace through our gardens or through an online yoga practice. In any time of change, the courses and workshops I offer can help connect us to nature and to some sense of solidity and reassurance.

  • Risk assessments are provided for each specific event or venue.
  • Additional cleaning and sanitising measures are in place in each venue. Sanitiser is provided, or you can bring your own.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel with more than four weeks’ notice, any deposit paid will be retained.

If you need to cancel with less than four weeks’ notice, I reserve the right to keep the full amount. However, I am happy for you to transfer your booking to someone else if you can find someone to fill your place.

For longer courses and retreats, I strongly recommend that you take out a weekend holiday insurance – this is likely to cost around £30 and give you complete peace of mind. Guest First is just one place where you can purchase course or holiday cancellation insurance.

Because of the current covid situation, if you are asked by Track and Trace to self-isolate at any point leading up to your event, your deposit can be transferred to another event and any balance refunded to you.

If for unforeseen circumstances or in the event of a covid lockdown and I need to cancel an event, you will be contacted and given the option to transfer to another event of the same value, or to receive a full refund of your payment.
