This retreat day will include dynamic hatha sequences and breathwork to energise, restorative yoga to soothe and deep relaxation. The day includes a nourishing vegetarian lunch, using locally-sourced organic ingredients.
We will be in the lovely Ryton Village Hall which comes with underfloor heating – blissful!
