• Where: 40 minutes south of Shrewsbury 
• Length: 2 nights

• Special Things: A very special place that is full of creativity and inspiration. Immersed in nature  and surrounded by 7 acres of meadows, gardens & woodlands 
• Accommodation: Twin rooms or limited singles 
• Food: Absolutely delicious & simple vegetarian and vegan food, 3 meals a day plus tea/coffee/herbals and fruit/home-made cakes 
• To the Retreat Centre: Train to Craven Arms & taxi is an option 
• Included: All food, accommodation, yoga sessions 
• Not included: Travel there/back, Optional eco-printing workshop £20
