Retreats

For a day, a weekend or a whole week, all my retreats give time and space to connect with ourselves and nature, away from the busy-ness and stresses of everyday life. A retreat provides a nurturing place in which you can relax, reflect, let go.

"Do I have to be an advanced yoga practitioner?"

A question that I’ve been asked several times over the years is ‘do I have to be experienced or advanced yoga practitioner?’

The answer is emphatically no – a retreat gives you the opportunity to deepen your own practice whether you are a beginner or have been practicing yoga for many years. More than anything, it is about inner reflection and building awareness of ourselves.

Yoga retreat days

Retreat days offer us the chance to reset mind and body and are especially useful if feeling stressed or burnt out with everyday life. They are a combination of hatha and yin yoga, deep relaxation, breathing and meditation.

Retreat Days are held in the beautiful Ryton Village Hall, Shropshire. Complete with amazing views out to the hills, underfloor heating and a delicious nourishing lunch – bliss!
