This mini retreat will include dynamic hatha sequences and breathwork to energise, restorative yoga to soothe and deep relaxation. We will be outside for a walking meditation in whatever weather comes our way, to connect with nature, and will be reflecting on the changing energy of Autumn. There is plenty of time for quiet reflection and time for coming together with others in community, especially over delicious, nourishing vegetarian meals using locally-sourced ingredients.
