What we’ll cover: 

• Suitable if you want to grow veg (or simply salads crops) throughout the depths of winter and across the whole year
• Good for those who can add a bit of protection in the winter, this can be anything from tiny to enormous! A homemade or bought cover or cloche, a mini plastic greenhouse, a glass greenhouse, a polytunnel
• What to grow: A huge range of salads, brassicas and leaves
• When to grow: planning ahead for success, sowing and planting times
• How to grow: sowing, planting out, water and pest control, harvesting
